New/Prospective International Students, please note that you should use this form to submit your International Student Declaration of Finances (ISDOF) to Admissions.

• If you are not the student (parent, counselor, etc.) then please provide the name of the student if asked for a name.
• We may not be able to open and import any compressed, zipped, or password-protected files.
• When there are multiple pages, please submit as a single multi-page PDF if possible, instead of multiple documents for each page.
• We normally e-mail the student when a document has been received and attached to their file.
• Please allow at least 5-10 business days for your document to be imported and attached to the student's file before re-submitting or requesting confirmation of receipt.

Current students with a Goucher E-mail

Please submit your documents from your secure Goucher e-mail as an attachment sent to finaid@vko29.com. Please make sure that your document is attached to the e-mail and not linked to where the document is stored elsewhere, such as cloud storage.

New/Prospective students, parents, or individuals without a Goucher E-mail

Although you may still send documents as attachments from a non-Goucher e-mail, please note that we may not successfully receive documents due to being screened as spam. We are also not able to receive documents that are password protected or linked to cloud storage.
